Hello, I'm Rumyana, a consultant specializing in the art of barista practices, both at home and in small businesses. Around 15 years ago, a profession like this might have seemed exotic in Bulgaria, but today, the landscape has significantly evolved. If you're here reading this, chances are you're well aware of the changes too.

I presently hold certificates from The Specialty Coffee Association in Barista Skills Foundation and the Italian Barista Method as a Junior Barista. These courses have laid the theoretical and practical groundwork for my abilities and knowledge, which I continue to upgrade daily.

Coffee, much like the food

we consume for lunch or dinner, plays a significant role in our lives. When it comes to coffee, flavor is dependent on the quality of the raw materials used, such as coffee beans, water, milk, and various additives like spices and syrups. This is why I'm continually experimenting in my quest for top-notch raw materials and effective coffee preparation techniques.

In conversations about coffee with friends and colleagues, I've come to notice that people have varying attitudes towards coffee, much like their approach to food. Some are indifferent to the type of coffee they consume, while others staunchly avoid it. What intrigued me most was conversing with individuals who shared a genuine interest in my passion and expressed a strong desire to enhance their coffee-making skills for the sheer pleasure of enjoying a cup of coffee at home.
